Present: Ed Wanamaker, Chairman, Raquel Ellis, Vice Chairman, Joanne Hughes, James Reynolds,
Dan Brightman, Nancy Ellis Ice, Health Director and Tammi Mason, Administrative Clerk.
7:00 Dick O'Hearn-variance request for well at Lot 7 Bog Hill Road
Dick O'Hearn spoke. This project has already been through conservation. Abutter spoke about her
concerns with her property and the proposed well.
Motion: Re-accept variance as requested, should leach area fail it shall be replaced in the
same location. JR seconded. 5 yes.
7:10 75 Cedar Hill Road-oil tank variance request
Motion: JH-grant variance. DB seconded. 5 yes.
7:20 Peter Zoni-120 Anawan Road-failure to upgrade
NI told board he had scheduled a perc test with Jason Ellis.
7:30 40 Boulder Road-oil tank variance request
Motion: JH-grant variance with buyer's signature. RE seconded. 5 yes.
7:40 Kirsten Cahoon-massage therapist application
Motion: DB-grant license. RE seconded. 5 yes.
7:50 280 Lund Farm Way-oil tank variance request
Motion: JH-grant variance but they need a current inspection. RE seconded. 5 yes.

8:10 34 Shepards Quay Drive-discuss addition of a bedroom
Bill Hogan, owner, David Eldredge, Builder. Want a five bedroom home but permit says 4.
Board stated they couldn't help them. Suggested upgrading current system.
Motion: RE-deny the request for 5~' bedroom. DB seconded. 5 yes.
8:20 Brewster Farms-change of deli to Subway-food permit application
Owner wants to change his existing deli into a Subway. Building department did determine it not to
be a change of use.
Motion: DB-this is not a change of use and permit is granted. RE seconded. 5 yes.
8:30 Thomas Lawson-request to keep cesspools
Motion: DB-grant variance for two years, at which time the trust will be sent a letter of
upgrade. RE seconded. 5 yes.

Motion: JH-accept with corrections. DB seconded. 5 yes.
