REGARDING AVAILABILITY OF RECORDS

WHEREAS, the Leesburg Town Council has received the answers to the questions posed
by Resolution No. 99-35 adopted February 9, 1999.
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that notwithstanding that the documents referred to
herein are exempt from disclosure pursuant to the Freedom of Information Act, the Town Council
in its sole discretion directs its special counsel Stephen M. Colangelo to make public as soon a
practicable copies of the Town's American Express charge card statements and related
correspondence, memoranda and checks for the years 1993 through the present, provided that any
personal bank account numbers are redacted.
