No one showed. Board agreed to postpone any action until Mr. Judd could make it to the meeting.

This is here because the plan calls for an I/A system in a nitrogen sensitive area (due to well)

8:00 Jump Ball Sports-operating camp without license
Angel Robinson, operator, explained to the Board that after reading through the requirements of a
camp he thought it was a clinic and not a camp. Cheryl Kimberly from CCSC was present for support.
Motion: DB-thanked AR for coming to meeting. He needs to change brochure to say "clinic" or
comply with camp regulations. JR seconded. 5 yes.
8:10 Dan Wood-oil tank variance for 10 Blue Jacket Way
JH would like NI to ask the Fire Dept. why they issued a permit for this single wall tank.
Motion: DB-grant variance, but must be replaced Oct. 1, 2015. JH seconded. 4 yes.
8:20 Patricia Lewis-massage therapist application
Motion: JH-grant license. DB seconded. 4 yes.

Cynthia Stracuzzi presentedreceipts from.dump. Did get rid.of one of the cars. JH stated that she
had gone out with SM on a site visit and was very disappointed with the status of the yard. She
questioned the electricity going out to the camper.
Motion: ]H-30 more days to get rid of the other car and trash in yard. Withhold fining at this
time. Will go out and re-inspect in one month. DB seconded. 4 yes.

NI told the Board that 104 Beechtree Drive had been cleaned up and an inspection had been done.
Condemned sign has been taken down.
