A RESOLUTION:
PRESENTED FebrUary_ 23. 1999
99- 39 ADOPTED FebrUary_ 23, 1999
AUTHORIZING APPROVAL OF THE BRANDON PARK MASTER PLAN
and
WHEREAS, the Parks and Recreation Department proposed a Master Plan for Brandon Park;
WHEREAS, the Parks and Recreation Department held citizen input meetings to obtain public
comments on future development of Brandon Park; and
WHEREAS, the Parks and Recreation Advisory Commission endorsed the Brandon Park Master
Plan; and
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission recommended the Brandon Park Master Plan for Town
Council approval; and
WHEREAS, the Town Council has held a public hearing for the Brandon Park Master Plan; and
WHEREAS, the Town Council Planning and Zoning Committee has recommended approval of
the Brandon Park Master Plan.
THEREFORE, RESOLVED by the Council of the Town of Leesburg in Virginia as follows:
The Brandon Park Master Plan dated February 23, 1999, is hereby approved.
PASSED this 23rd day of February, 1999.
