There is no mention of it in current regulations. It should be subject to the current setbacks from septic systems. Tom Desmond spoke about abandoned wells and well Alts that should be f lied in-. Spoke about homeownerwvaivers with regards to putting a well in closer than 100 feet of S5. No permit is required for geo thermal wells in other towns. Brewster is the only Town that requires the elliptical zone on the site plan. Fee maybe should be per lot not per well for monitoring wells. State has a list of all the wells in Brewster (GPS). Changes will be made and brought back to the Board for discussion. 1. Discuss possible addition at 94 Thousand Oaks Drive EW- asked how many bedrooms in house, Fnished basement? Need more info in order to make a decision. Board is not opposed to the variance but NI needs to check the number of bedrooms. Posts may be ok, but not a slab. Gasoline at transfer stations-not allowed. But may get approval for it in the future. NI handed out newspaper article on the high school problem with the septic system NI spoke about the great cape herb shop and its picnic tables. Victor Staley said SB was currently applying to DPRC. She read zoning board letter stating approval for seats. NI showed the septic system design which shows he is not in compliance. NI spoke about Pleasant Bay with regards to phosphorus. NI is meeting with MG tomorrow, ifthe Board has any questions with regards to the letter from him. Additional review comments were handed out.
