JO stated that the variances would be less if town water was available. EUJ stated that town counsel had stated previously that SR has the legal right to bring town water to the property. He just needs to worK out the details with Ken Parsons. Motion: JH-denY variance request. Septic system could be put in with fewer variances if town water was installed. pB seconded. Motion: JH-withdraw motion. Have JO bring these plans back to SRand worK on getting town water. Have JO work on plans that do not show a well.
