A RESOLUTION:
PRESENTED March 10, 1999
99-69 ADOPTED March 10, 1999
AUTHORIZING THE USE OF THE COUNCIL CHAMBERS
WHEREAS, the Democratic Committee is requesting the use of the Council
Chambers on Thursday, March 11, 1999 from 7:00 p.m., to 9:30 p.m.; and
WHEREAS, a fee of $15.00 per hour will be charged.
THEREFORE, RESOLVED by the Council of the Town of Leesburg in Virginia
as follows:
SECTION I. Permission to use the Council Chambers on March 11, 1999, from
7:00 p.m., to 9:30 p.m., by the Democratic Committee is hereby granted.
SECTION II. A fee of $45.00 will be collected from the Democratic Committee.
PASSED this 10th day of March, 1999.
