AUTHORIZING AN EXTENSION OF THE SETTLEMENT
CONTRACT WITH THE MCINTYRE FAMILY TO APRIL 15,
1999
RESOLVED by the Council of the Town of Leesburg in Virginia as follows:
SECTION I. An extension of the settlement contract, with the McIntyre family,
for the purchase of a high school site to April 15, 1999, is hereby authorized.
SECTION II. All other terms and conditions remain the same.
PASSED this 30th day of March, 1999.
