AWARDING A CONTRACT FOR SANITARY SEWER PIPE REPAIR
WHEREAS, bid documents for repair of approximately 1,085 feet of sanitary sewer were
prepared and publicly advertised pursuant to state and local procurement laws; and
WHEREAS, three bids were received and publicly opened on March 31, 1999; and
WHEREAS, Atlantic Coast Contractors, Inc. was the lowest responsive and responsible
bidder in the amount of $106,455.00.
THEREFORE, RESOLVED by the Council of the Town of Leesburg in Virginia as
follows:
The Acting Town Manager is hereby directed to enter into an agreement with Atlantic
Coast Contractors, Inc. in a form approved by the town attorney, for repair of approximately 1,085
feet of sanitary sewer in the amount of $106,455.00.
