MAKING AN APPROPRIATION FOR
DEVELOPMENT OFFICE RELOCATION
PRESENTED April 13, 1999

THE ECONOMIC
WHEREAS, the Economic Development Office has begun to relocate on the first floor;
WHEREAS, renovation work including repairs and new furniture items is necessary to
provide the office and work station space needed for Economic Development functions; and
WHEREAS, the cost of the relocation is estimated at $16,725; and
WHEREAS, the completion of this relocation and funding is necessary to the continued
operation of the Economic Development Office.
THEREFORE, RESOLVED by the Council of the Town of Leesburg in Virginia as
follows:
An appropriation in the amount of $16,725 is authorized from the unappropriated general
fund balance to Economic Development account 200.8105.300.300.
