A RESOLUTION:
AUTHORIZING AN AGREEMENT
PERFORMANCE GUARANTEE FOR
TRAFFIC SIGNALIZATION
PRESENTED April 13, 1999
ADOPTED April 13, 1999
AND APPROVING A
FORT EVANS PLAZA
RESOLVED by the Council of the Town of Leesburg in Virginia as follows:
SECTION I. The manager shall execute the contract for public improvements for the
improvements shown on the plans approved by the Director of Engineering and Public Works for
Fort Evans Plaza Traffic Signalization.
SECTION II. The corporate surety bond in a form approved by the town attorney from
Lumbermens Mutual Casualty Company in the amount of $165,000.00 is approved as security to
guarantee installation of the public improvements shown on plans approved by the Director of
Engineering and Public Works for Fort Evans Plaza Traffic Signalization.
PASSED this 13th day of April, 1999.
