Please allow three business days to process the request. Minutes of Meeting Jefferson City Council Committee on Administration Monday, October 3, 2016 City Hall - 320 E. McCarty Street Large Conference Room ATTENDEES: Committee members present: Jim Branch, Mark Schreiber, Rick Mihalevich, Erin Wiseman Staff present: Gail Strope, Steve Crowell, Others Present: Bob Watson Meeting came to order at 5:31 p.m., the minutes were approved with a motion by Councilwoman Wiseman and seconded by Councilman Mihalevich. The motion passed 4-0. Appointment Review: Presented by Gail Strope. The committee reviewed the recommendations by Mayor Carrie Tergin. A motion was made by Councilwoman Wiseman to approve the following persons for recommendations to the full council and seconded by Councilman Mihalevich. The motion passed 4-0. There was a short discussion on updates to the Boards and Commission ordinance. Steve Crowell suggested we have an intern work on the project next summer. There being no further business, Councilwoman Wiseman made a motion to adjourn which was seconded by Mihalevich. A motion to pass was 4-0 the meeting ended at 5:40 p.m.
