RESOLUTION NO. 99-
A RESOLUTION: AWARDING A CONTRACT
SEWER PIPE REPAIR
PRESENTED April 27, 1999
ADOPTED April 27, 1999
FOR CATTAIL BRANCH SANITARY
WHEREAS, bid documents for repair of approximately 1,200 feet of sanitary sewer were
prepared and publicly advertised pursuant to state and local procurement laws; and
WHEREAS, four bids were received and publicly opened on April 9, 1999; and
WHEREAS, Infracorp of Virginia, Inc. was the lowest responsive and responsible bidder in
the amount of $123,400.00.
THEREFORE, RESOLVED by the Council of the Town of Leesburg in Virginia as
follows:
The Acting Town Manager is hereby directed to enter into an agreement with Infracorp of
Virginia, Inc. in a form approved by the town attorney, for relining of approximately 1,200 feet of
sanitary sewer in the amount of $123,400.00.
