AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR AND ACTING TOWN MANAGER TO
SIGN THE DOCUMENTS FOR THE SUBDIVISION OF THE
GRENATA TRACT
WHEREAS, the town has purchased the 77.75 acre Grenata tract; and
WHEREAS, a 50 acre parcel must be created for conveyance to Loudoun County as a
high school site; and
WHEREAS, a subdivision application is being prepared under Section 1243.05 Waiver
Provision of the Loudoun County Land Subdivision and Development Ordinance; and
WHEREAS, the application, plat and other documents need to be signed by the applicant
and land owner.
THEREFORE, RESOLVED by the Council of the Town of Leesburg in Virginia, the
Mayor and Acting Town Manager are authorized to sign the application, plat
documents on behalf of the Town of Leesburg for the subdivision of the Grenata tract.
