CREATING HANDICAPPED PARKING SPACE AT
13 EMERSON STREET
WHEREAS, Joseph Bucsak, 13 Emerson Street has requested a handicapped
parking space; and
WHEREAS, the individual has met the requirements of the Traffic Safety Bureau
for said parking space; and
WHEREAS, the Borough Engineer has inspected said location and has no objection
to the approval of said Handicapped Parking Space;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT AND IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED by the Mayor
and Council of the Borough of Carteret that a handicapped parking space shall be
designated at 13 Emerson Street.
Adopted this 15th day of June, 1995
and certified as a true copy of the
original on June 16, 1995.
