RESOLUTION NO. 99-14.2 ADOPTED May 11, 1999
A RESOLUTION: AUTHORIZING A TIME EXTENSION FOR FINAL PAVING IN EXETER
HILLS SECTION 5A
WHEREAS, the Town Council authorized a time extension with conditions for Exeter Hills
Section 5A by adopting Resolution #99-80 on March 23, 1999; and
WHEREAS, the conditions of Resolution #99-80 were (a) Final paving to be completed by April
30, 1999 and (b) Mayfair Drive Connection to be completed by April 30, 1999; and
WHEREAS, these deadlines were proposed by the developer, K. Hovnanian at Exeter Hills, as
conditions for a time extension to July 9, 1999 for the full section; and
WHEREAS, the connection of Mayfair Drive has been completed but the final paving in Section
5A has not been installed; and
WHEREAS, the developer has requested an extension for completing condition (a) of Resolution
#99-80 to May 30, 1999.
THEREFORE, RESOLVED by the Council of the Town of Leesburg in Virginia as follows:
SECTION I. A time extension to May 30, 1999 for completing condition (a) of Resolution
#99-80 adopted on March 23, 1999 is approved.
SECTION II. This is the final time extension for completing the public improvements in
Exeter Hills Section 5A.
