RESOLUTION NO. 99-163 ADOPTED May 25, 1999
A RESOLUTION: AUTHORIZING A PUBLIC HEARING TO CONSIDER THE OPENING OF
CONNECTIONS TO EXISTING STREETS CONSTRUCTED AS PART OF
THE EXETER HILLS SUBDIVISION
WHEREAS, the Town Council adopted Resolution #95-172 on August 8, 1995 which added
improvements for certain existing streets in northeast Leesburg to the town Capital Improvements
Program; and
WHEREAS, Resolution #95-172 also set conditions for opening of the street connections in the
Exeter Hills Subdivision and said conditions have not yet been completely fulfilled; and
WHEREAS, residents of the neighborhood have requested the opening of some or all of the
street connections which have been constructed.
THEREFORE, RESOLVED by the Council of the Town of Leesburg in Virginia as follows:
A public hearing to receive comments from the residents in northeast Leesburg and other
interested parties shall be held on Tuesday, June 8, 1999 at 7:30 p.m. in the Town Council Chambers at
25 West Market Street, Leesburg, Virginia. Notification shall be published in the Leesburg Today in
accordance with established advertising requirements.
