AUTHORIZING AN EASEMENT AGREEMENT WITH MADISON HOUSE
ASSOCIATES
WHEREAS, plans for construction of improvements to the Madison House waterline have been
prepared and reviewed by the town; and
WHEREAS, construction necessitates the acquisition of additional easements encumbering
property owned by Madison House Associates; and
WHEREAS, Madison House Associates have proposed conditions to the standard Town of
Leesburg Deed of Easement, acceptable to the town.
THEREFORE, RESOLVED by the Council of the Town of Leesburg in Virginia as follows:
The Acting Town Manager is hereby authorized and directed to execute said easements and
agreements, in a form approved by the Deputy Town Attorney, to facilitate construction of the Madison
House waterline.
