RESOLUTION NO. 99-166 ADOPTED May 25, 1999
A RESOLUTION: AUTHORIZING THE TOWN MANAGER TO ENTER INTO A
CONTRACT WITH ABACUS SECURITY SERVICES
WHEREAS, the County of Loudoun and Abacus Security Services have entered
into an agreement to provide security services to their facitilities; and
WHERESAS, the Town Council agreed the Town of Leesburg needs to provide
security services for the Government Facility; and
WHEREAS, the Abacus Security Services Company will provide security from
5:00 PM until 10:00 PM, Monday through Friday, and special events as needed at a cost
not to exceed $10.00 per hour.
THEREFORE, RESOLVED by the Council of the Town of Leesburg in Virginia
as follows:
The Acting Town Manager is authorized to enter into an agreement with Abacus
Security for a period of ending March 17, 2000.
