AUTHORIZING SALE OF FORTY-NINE (49) JUNK VEHICLES
WHEREAS, the Traffic Bureau of the Carteret Police Department has received from
New Jersey Vehicle Services, Salvage Titles to forty-nine (49) vehicles that were
towed to the Municipal Garage;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT AND 1T IS HEREBY RESOLVED that the Mayor
and Council of the Borough of Carteret hereby authorizes the Purchasing Agent to
advertise for bids for the sale of said vehicles.
Adopted this 20th day of July, 1995
and certified as a true copy of the
original on July 21, 1995.
