A RESOLUTION FOR THE CITY COUNCIL OF TIFFIN, IOWA FOR APPROVAL OF THE
AMENDED 2009-2010 CITY BUDGET. PUBLISHING OF AMENDED BUDGET WILL -BE
PUBLISHED AS REQUIRED IN THE CEDAR RAPIDS GAZETTE NEWSPAPER AND
POSTED IN FOUR LOCATIONS WITHIN THE CITY LIMITS OF TIFFIN, IOWA.
WHEREAS, the City Council having reviewed and now set approval of said
Amended 2009-2010 City Budget for the City of Tiffin, Iowa.
WHEREAS, the City Council of Tiffin, Iowa reserves the right to amend said City
Budget for 2009-2010 as needed after the date of July 1, 2009 and now has determined
the need to amend prior approved Fiscal Year 2009- 2010 Budget.

ON THE 16th day of September 2009, at a regular meeting of the Tiffin City Council, Tiffin,
Council person Petersen made a motion seconded by Council person Ball for approval of
2009-2010 Amended City Budget to be submitted and certified with the Iowa Department
of Management and the Johnson County Auditor.
Ayes: Chris Ball, Jim Bartels, Mark Petersen
Nays: None
Absent: MikEGericke, One Vacancy

WHEREUPON, the Mayor Royce Phillips declared that Resolution 2009-34 be approved
and adopted and signified his approval of the same by affixing his signature thereto.
PASSED, by the Council on the 16th day of September 2009, and signed' by the Mayor on
the 21st day of September 2009..
