AMENDING POSITIONS AND NUMBERS OF EMPLOYEES IN THE
TOWN'S SERVICE AND MAKING AN APPROPRIATION
WHEREAS, the Town Council Personnel Committee and the Personnel office recognize
the need for additional staff to assist the Director of Information Technology with the day-to-day
operations of the department;
WHEREAS, in order to maintain a consistently high level of service, the number of
positions should be revised.
THEREFORE, RESOLVED by the Council of the Town of Leesburg in Virginia as
follows:
SECTION I. The positions and number of employees in the town service for the fiscal year
2000 are established as follows:

unappropriated general fund balance to fund the additional staff position.
