RESOLUTION NO. 99-194 ADOPTED June 22, 1999
A RESOLUTION: APPROVING A PUBLIC RIGHTS-OF-WAY AGREEMENT
BETWEEN THE TOWN OF LEESBURG AND HYPERION
COMMUNICATIONS OF VIRGINIA, L.L.C.
THEREFORE, RESOLVED by the Town Council of the Town of Leesburg that the
Acting Town Manager is authorized to execute on behalf of the town the attached agreement
granting use of the town's public rights-of-way to Hyperion Communications of Virginia, L.L.C.;
however, such agreement shall only be effective upon receipt by the Town of the executed
agreement from Hyperion and receipt by the Town of an executed side letter incorporating the
terms attached hereto from Hyperion.
