A RESOLUTION: SUBSTITUTE (q) PRESENTED June 22, 1999 99-195 ADOPTED June 22, 1999 AUTHORIZING A LICENSE AGREEMENT FOR INSTALLATION OF UNDERGRAOUND FOUNDATIONS AND AN OVERHEAD CORNICE FOR THE LOUDOUN COUNTY COURTS COMPLEX WITHIN PORTIONS OF THE NORTH KING STREET RIGHT-OF-WAY ADJACENT TO THE COUNTY COURTS COMPLEX SITE WHEREAS, the design and layout of the Loudoun County Courts Complex, located at the intersection of Market Street and King Street within the Town of Leesburg, requires that portions of the addition to the old county administration building bring underground foundations and an overhead cornice beyond the property boundary into the North King Street public right-of-way adjacent to the site; and WHEREAS, a license to construct, maintain and repair building foundations and an overhead cornice within the town owned right-of-way is needed; and WHEREAS, the foundation will be located below ground under proposed sidewalks but not under roads. THEREFORE, RESOLVED by the Council of the Town of Leesburg in Virginia as follows: SECTION I. A license within the right-of-way of North King Street adjacent to the Courts Complex property for the installation, repair and replacement of underground foundations and an overhead cornice in a form approved by the Deputy Town Attorney is hereby granted to the County of Loudoun.
