RE-APPOENTING JOHN ELGIN, JANE FELLOWS, FRED 1 ~H.I JS AND
JAMES TIMBERS TO THE LEESBURG PARKS AND RECREATION
COMMISSION
WHEREAS, the terms of office of Parks and Recreation Commission members John Elgin,
Jane Fellows, Fred Lillis and James Timbers will expire on June 30, 1999; and
WHEREAS, it is the desire of each of these members to be re-appointed to the Parks and
Recreation Commission; and
WHEREAS, it is the desire of the Leesburg Town Council to re-appoint these members.
THEREFORE, RESOLVED by the Council of the Town of Leesburg in Virginia as
follows:
John Elgin, Jane Fellows, Fred Lillis and James Timbers are re-appointed to the Leesburg
Parks and Recreation Commission for two year terms beginning July 1, 1999 through June 30,
2001.
