AUTHORIZING ATTENDANCE AT THE VIRGINIA
MUNICIPAL LEAGUE (VML) GENERAL LAWS STEERING
COMMITTEE
WHEREAS, Councilmember Frank Buttery represents the Town of Leesburg on
the VML General Laws Steering Committee; and
WHEREAS, the General Laws Steering Committee will be conducting a meeting
in Richmond, Virginia on June 28, 1999; and
WHEREAS, it is necessary for Councilmember Buttery to attend this meeting·
THEREFORE, RESOLVED by the Council of the Town of Leesburg in Virginia
as follows:
Councilmember Frank Buttery is hereby authorized to attend the Virginia
Municipal League General Laws Steering Committee meeting in Richmond, Virginia on
June '28, 1999, in accordance with the travel and training policies set forth in the
Personnel Manual.
