99- 203 ADOPTED July 13, 1999
RESCINDING RESOLUTION 97-237 AUTHORIZING A SCULPTURE
GARDEN AT THE TOWN GOVERNMENT CENTER
WHEREAS, the Town Council adopted Resolution 97-237 on October 14, 1997, authorizing the
Loudoun Arts Council to install and maintain a sculpture garden at the town government center; and
WHEREAS, to date, the Loudoun Arts Council has not acted upon the considerations outlined in
Resolution 97-237; and
WHEREAS, it is the Council's desire to consider other appropriate uses for the property.
THEREFORE, RESOLVED by the Council of the Town of Leesburg in Virginia as follows:
Resolution 97-237 is hereby rescinded.
PASSED this 13th day of July, 1999.
