ORDINANCE NO. 13-1981
AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING MONIES FOR THE PURPOSE OF DEFRAYING THE E.�'ENSES OF
OPERATING THE MUNICIPAL AIRPORT OF THE CITY OF RICHMOND, INDIANA, FOR THE FISCAL
YEAR BEGINNING JANUARY 1, 1981 AND ENDING DECEMBER 31, 1981, INCLUSIVE, AND
FIXING THE TIME WHEN THE SAME SHALL TAKE EFFECT.
LEAS, a public hearing was conducted by the Indiana State Board of Tax
Commissioners on the Municipal Airport Fund Budget December 10, 1980, and;
WHEREAS, it was determined at the public hearing that the expenses exceeded
the income, and;
WHEREAS, the Indiana State Board of Tax Commissioners have ordered on February
17, 1981 that the 1981 Municipal Airport Fund Budget be reappropriated
by the Comm Council of Richmond, Indiana to keep the fund within revenue
available.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT ORDAINED by the Common Council of the City of Richmond,
Wayne County, Indiana:
SECTION 1. Amended Ordinance No. 65-1980 known as AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING
MONIES FOR THE PURPOSE OF DEFRAYING THE EXPENSES OF OPERATING THE MUNICIPAL
AIRPORT OF THE CITY OF RICHMCND, INDIANA, FOR THE FISCAL YEAR BEGINNING
JANUARY 1, 1981 AND ENDING DECEMBER 31, 1981, INCLUSIVE, AND FIXING THE TIME
WHEN THE SAME SHALL TAKE EFFECT, is hereby repealed.
SECTION 2. Thereby and there is hereby appropriated the sum of $106,081. to the
Municipal Airport Fund of said City, and that the same shall be set apart and
budgeted for the various items and expenditures as follows:

SECTION 3. This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect upon and after its
passage by the Cannon Council of the City of Richmond, Indiana, signature of the
President of Common Council affixed, submission to and approval by the Mayor of
said City and publication as by law required approval of all Statutory Boards.
