WHEREAS, it has been determined that it is now necessary to appropriate more money than was appropriated in the annual budget; NOW THEREFORE BE IT ORDAINED BY THE C(IvMN COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RICHMOND, WAYNE COUNTY, INDIANA: SECTION 1. That for the expenses of said municipal corporation the following additional sums of money are hereby appropriated and ordered set apart out of the several appropriations, herein named and for the purposes herein specified, subject to the laws governing the same: GENERAL SINKING BOND FUND Debt Payment 8100 Payment of Principal 8200 Payment of Interest TOTAL AMOUNT AMOUNT REQUESTED APPROPRIATED $90,000.00 $90,000.00 28,718.75 28,718.75 $118,718.75 $118,718.75 SECTION 2. WHEREAS, it has been shaven that certain existing appropriations now have unobligated balances which will not be needed for the purposes for which appropriated it is further ordained that the following existing appropriations be reduced in the following amounts. This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after its passage and approval by the Mayor and is subject to the laws of the State of Indiana governing emergency appropriations. Elstro Williams Ahaus , an inson Welch Parker Carter ' 0 Absent: The following business was had to -wit: (OTHER BUSINESS HAD) The Clerk presented proof of publication of Notice to Taxpayers printed in the Richmond Palladium Item, a newspaper of general circulation in the Citqq of Richmond, Indiana, on the dates of April 8 and April 15 Said notices stated that a public hearing would be held on the day of April 1981 , by the Common Council to consider additional appropria- tions as provided for in Ordinance No.15-1981 , within the City of Richmond, Indiana. The proof of publication and postinof notices were examined and found to be correct and in order.
