RE-APPOINTING KAREN TITUS, MARY FISHBACK AND JAMES
HERSHMANN TO THE THOMAS BALCH LIBRARY COMMISSION
WHEREAS, the terms of office of Balch Library Commission members Karen Titus, Mary
Fishback and James Hershmann expired on June 30, 1999; and
WHEREAS, it is the desire of each of these members to be re-appointed to the Balch
Library Commission; and
WHEREAS, it is the desire of the Leesburg Town Council to re-appoint these members.
THEREFORE, RESOLVED by the Council of the Town of Leesburg in Virginia as
follows:
Karen Titus, Mary_ Fishback and James Hershmann are re-appointed to the Thomas Balch
Library Commission for two year terms to expire on June 30, 2001·
