APPOINTING RALPH MARR AND RE-APPOINTING PETER
COMANDURAS, THERESA MINCHEW AND MARY ANN NABER
TO THE BOARD OF ARCHITECTURAL REVIEW (BAR)
WHEREAS, Cable Commission member Ralph Marr has expressed a desire to serve on the
BAR; and
WHEREAS, the terms of office of BAR members Peter Comanurdas, Theresa Minchew
and Mary Ann Naber expired on June 30, 1999; and
WHEREAS, it is the desire of each of these members to be re-appointed to the BAR; and
WHEREAS, it is the desire of the Leesburg Town Council to re-appoint these members.
THEREFORE, RESOLVED by the Council of the Town of Leesburg in Virginia as
follows:
SECTION I. Ralph Marr hereby relinquishes his seat on the Cable Commission and is
hereby appointed to the BAR for a two year term to expire on June 30, 2001.
SECTION II. Peter Comanurdas, Theresa Minchew and Mary_ Ann Naber are re-appointed
to the Board of Architectural Review for two year terms to expire on June 30, 2001.
