A RESOLUTION:
PRESENTED July 13, 1999
99-213 ADOPTED July 13, 1999
APPOINTING JAY FRYE AND R. MAX PETERSON AND RE-
APPOINTING KATHLEEN PRITCHARD, JD HICKS AND ANNE
WALL TO THE TREE COMMISSION
and
WHEREAS, Victoria Bell and Jennifer Luoma-Whalley tendered their resignations; and
WHEREAS, on June 29, 1999, the Town Council held interviews of respective candidates;
WHEREAS, the terms of office of Tree Commission members Kathleen Pritchard, JD
Hicks and Anne Wall expired on June 30, 1999; and
WHEREAS, it is the desire of these members to be re-appointed to the Tree Commission;
and
WHEREAS, it is the desire of the Town Council to re-appoint these members.
THEREFORE, RESOLVED by the Council of the Town of Leesburg in Virginia as
follows:
SECTION I.
on June 30, 2001.
SECTION II..
Jay Frye is appointed to the Tree Commission for a two year term to expire
R. Max Peterson is appointed to Tree Commission to fill the unexpired term
of Victoria Bell, whose term expires on June 30, 2000.
SECTION I11. Kathleen Pritchard, JD Hicks and Anne Wall are re-appointed to the Tree
Commission for two year terms to expire on June 30, 2001.
PASSED this 13th day of July, 1999.
