AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, AMENDING THE 2015-2016
BUDGET OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, BY APPROPRIATING ADDITIONAL
FUNDS WITHIN THE PARKS FUND.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. There is hereby a budget amendment within the Parks Fund in the amount
$322,962.64 as indicated on Exhibit A, attached hereto, allowing the Parks Fund to utilize the
insurance proceeds from the first Ice Arena insurance claim to pay for related claim expenses.
Section 2. This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after the date of its
passage and approval.
Section 3. The unspent related funds shall be reappropriated from FY16 to FY17 if all
expenses have not been recognized at the end of fiscal year 2016.
