A RESOLUTION:
APPROVING
SANITARY
PRESENTED July 27, 1999
ADOPTED July 27, 1999
THE VACATION OF A PORTION OF A
SEWER EASEMENT WITHIN POTOMAC
STATION, SECTION 6A AND 6BCD, AND APPROVING THE
VACATION OF A SANITARY SEWER, WATERLINE, AND
PUMP STATION SITE AND ACCESS EASEMENTS WITHIN
POTOMAC STAION, SECTION 6H
WHEREAS, Richard A. Lanham of KSI Services, Inc. has requested that the
Town vacate a portion of an existing sanitary sewer easement within Potomac Station,
Section 6A and 6BCD; and
WHEREAS, Richard A. Lanham of KSI Services, Inc. has requested that the
Town vacate a sanitary sewer, waterline, pump station site, and pump station access
easements within Potomac Station, Section 6H; and
WHEREAS, KSI Services, Inc. has secured a sanitary sewer easement across the
lands of Xerox which relieves the need of the aforementioned easements; and
THEREFORE, RESOLVED, by the Council of the Town of Leesburg in Virginia
as follows:
SECTION I. That portion of the sanitary sewer easement labeled as "Ex. 15'
TOL San Esm't D.B. 1643, PG. 0448 (Hereby Vacated)" as shown on the easement plat
titled "Plat Showing Town of Leesburg Existing Sanitary Sewer Easement on Potomac
Station - Section 6A Parcel 6A2 and Potomac Station - Section 6BCD Parcel 6BCD1
dated March 16, 1999, and prepared by ATCS, P.L.C. is hereby vacated.
SECTION II. That portion of the sanitary sewer, waterline, pump station access,
and pump station site easements labeled as "Ex. 15' TOL San Esm't D.B. 1643, Pg. 0448
(Hereby Vacated)", "Ex. 10' TOL W/L Esm't D.B. 1643, Pg. 0488 (Hereby Vacated)",
"Portion of Ex. 20' TOL Pump Station Access Esm't D.B. 1643, Pg. 0448 (Hereby
Vacated)", and "Ex. TOL Pump Station Site Esm't D.B. 1643, Pg. 0448 (Hereby
Vacated)" as shown on the easement plat titled "Plat Showing Town of Leesburg Various
Existing Easements on Potomac Station - Section 6H Lots 758, 759 & 761 and Parcel
6Hl" dated March 16, 1999, and prepared by ATCS, P.L.C. is hereby vacated.
SECTION m. This resolution shall be in effect upon the recordation of the
associated easement plats as referenced above.
