A RESOLUTION: APPOINTING B.J. WEBB TO ANNEXATION AREA DEVELOPMENT
POLICY COMMITTEE
WHEREAS, Councilman Frank Buttery, a former Annexation Area Development
Policy (AADP) Committee member, resigned his Council seat on August 16, 1999; and
WHEREAS, on September 7, 1999, the Planning and Zoning Committee of the
Town Council nominated Councilman B.J. Webb to replace Frank Buttery on the AADP
Committee.
THEREFORE, RESOLVED by the Council of the Town of Leesburg in Virginia
as follows:
SECTION I:
SECTION II:
B.J. Webb is appointed to the AADP Committee.
The appointment begins upon adoption of this resolution shall be
coterminous with her term of office on the Town Council.
SECTION III: This resolution shall become effective upon adoption.
