THIS ADDENDUM, (Number 1 to Contract No. 34-2009) is made and entered into
this 181h day of February2010, by and between Richmond, Indiana, a
municipal corporation acting through its Board of Aviation Commissioners, (hereinafter
referred to as "City"), and Pedro Feliciano, d/b/a Preventive Maintenance Services, 129
South 51h Street, Richmond, IN 47374 (hereinafter referred to as "Contractor").
WHEREAS, City and Contractor entered into Contract No. 34-2009, which
Contract is attached hereto, marked as Exhibit "A" and is incorporated
by reference; and
WHEREAS, Contract No. 34-2009 contains an option to renew which the City
wishes to exercise for the 2010 calendar year; and
WHEREAS, City wishes to retain Contractor to continue providing preventive
general maintenance and repair of six (6) airport vehicles during the
course of the 2010 calendar year that would utilize the same hourly
payment rates, within the scope of Contract No. 34-2009.
NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of the mutual promises and covenants herein
contained, including the above stated recitals, City and Contractor hereby agree as follows:
1. The City and Party executed and entered into Contract No. 34-2009, on April
5th, 2007. Contract No. 34-2009 is attached hereto, marked as Exhibit "A"
and incorporated by reference.
2. Pursuant to Contract No. 34-2009, Section V Term of Agreement, the City
has an option to renew the Agreement for an additional year, which option is
exercised pursuant to this Addendum. Contractor indicated his willingness to
extend Contract No. 34-2009 on February 2, 2010, which agreement is
attached hereto, marked as Exhibit "B" and incorporated by reference.
3. Both parties hereby agree to renew Contract No. 34-2009 with the same terms
and conditions set forth in that Agreement, with the exception that the date of
the term shall be extended to December 31, 2010.
1. Both parties hereby agree that with the exception of the extended dates,
Contract No. 34-2009 shall remain intact and unchanged.

2. City and Contractor expressly agree that the City shall have an option to renew
the Agreement for the 2011 calendar year, as contained in Contract No. 34-
2009, upon the same terms and conditions therein.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the parties execute this Agreement effective the day and
year first above written, although signatures may be affixed at different times.
THIS ADDENDUM is executed and approved by the undersigned representatives of
the City and Contractor this 18th ,day of Februar , 2010, to be effective in
accordance with its terms as of January 1, 2010.
