1. ROLL CALL
President Mary Davey called the Special Meeting to order at 7:00 p.m.

None
III. ADOPTION OF AGENDA
Motion: J. Cyr moved and P. Siemens seconded that the Board adopt the agenda. The motion passed
6/0.
IV. BOARD BUSINESS
M. Davey asked that all present introduce themselves.
R. Anderson gave an overview of the Regional Open Space Study, then led an input exercise for the
Board and Authority members on various aspects of the District's long range objectives.
Following the input exercise, R. Anderson answered questions and provided clarification of issues.
V. ADJOURNMENT
M. Davey adjourned the Special Meeting at 8:15 p.m.
