AUTHORIZING MAYOR TO EXECUTE AGREEMENT
WITH MIDDLESEX COUNTY DEPARTMENT OF ROADS
AND ENGINEERING FOR ROAD IMPROVEMENTS -
SUL AVENUE
WHEREAS, it is necessary for road improvements on Sul Avenue; and
WHEREAS, the County of Middlesex, New Jersey Department of Roads and
Engineering has agreed to resurface Sul Avenue and the area around the building in
the park at a cost of $15,000.00.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Governing Body does hereby
authorize the Mayor to execute the agreement between the Borough of Carteret and
Middlesex County Department of Roads and Engineering for the resurfacing of Sul
Avenue and the area around the building in the park at a cost of $15,000.00.
Adopted this 20th day of July, 1995
and certified as a copy of the original
on July 21, 1995.
