RESOLUTION NO. 99- 229 ADOPTED July 27, 1999
A RESOLUTION: AUTHORIZING A STREET RESURFACING PLAN FOR FY00
WHEREAS, the FY00 budget appropriated $405,000 for street repairs; and
WHEREAS, the Director of Engineering and Public Works has recommended specific
streets to be resurfaced in a memorandum dated July 16, 1999.
THEREFORE, RESOLVED by the Council of the Town of Leesburg in Virginia as
follows:
The street resurfacing program outlined in a memorandum to the Council dated July 16,
1999 in the priority listed, is approved.
PASSED this 274 day of July, 1999.
