"Village"), DOES HEREBY CERTIFY as follows:

Ordinance No. 2013-9 (the "Ordinance") and Resolution No. 2013-42 (the "Bond Resolution,"
and collectively with the Ordinance, the "Bond Ordinance") authorizing the issuance of not
exceeding $6,575,000 Village of Key Biscayne, Florida, Stormwater Utility Refunding and
Improvement Revenue Bonds, Series 2013 (the "Bonds"), were adopted, the duly elected,

respective terms are hereunder correctly designated opposite their names.
