ACCEPTING
SITE
TERMS
OF CONVEYANCE
PRESENTED August 10, 1999
ADOPTED August 10, 1999
OF CATOCTIN RIDGE TANK
WHEREAS, the owners of the proposed Catoctin Ridge tank site, Sandler at Beacon Hill L.L.C.,
desire to convey approximately two acres of land to the Town of Leesburg, at no cost, for construction of a
water storage reservoir, subject to certain terms and conditions; and
WHEREAS, those certain terms and conditions are identified in the attached letter of intent dated
July 28, 1999, from Hazel & Thomas, attorneys at law.
THEREFORE, RESOLVED by the Council of the Town of Leesburg in Virginia as follows:
The Mayor is hereby authorized, on behalf of the Council, to sign the attached letter of intent, from
Sandler at Beacon Hill L.L.C., for conveyance of the Catoctin Ridge tank site.
PASSED this 10th day of August, 1999.
