RESOLUTION NO. 99-263 ADOPTED September 7, 1999
A RESOLUTION: APPOINTING COUNCILMEMBER MCDONALD CHAIRMAN OF
THE PUBLIC SAFETY COMMITTEE
WHEREAS, Frank Buttery resigned from the Leesburg Town Council on August 16, 1999,
to accept a position with the Commonwealth Attorney's Office; and
WHEREAS, the resignation of Mr. Buttery created vacancies on various town committees,
boards and commissions.
THEREFORE, RESOLVED by the Council of the Town of Leesburg in Virginia as
follows:
Councilmember McDonald is appointed Chairman of the Public Safety Committee.
