RESOLUTION NO. 99-264 ADOPTED September 7, 1999
A RESOLUTION: APPOINTING GEORGE F. ATWELL TO THE FINANCE
COMMITTEE, ADMINISTRATION AND PUBLIC WORKS
COMMITTEE AND BALCH LIBRARY ADVISORY COMMISSION
WHEREAS, Frank Buttery resigned from the Leesburg Town Council on August 16, 1999,
to accept a position with the Commonwealth Attorney' s Office; and
WHEREAS, the resignation of Mr. Buttery created vacancies on various town committees,
boards and commissions.
THEREFORE, RESOLVED by the Council of the Town of Leesburg in Virginia as
follows:
George F. Atwell is appointed to the Finance Committee, Administration and Public Works
Committee and the Balch Library Advisory Commission.
