APPROVING A TIME EXTENSION FOR CONSIDERATION OF SPECIAL
EXCEPTION APPLICATION #SE-99-06, LEESBURG GREEN
WHEREAS, William M. Soltesz, has requested special exception approval for a mini-warehouse
facility located on Lot 1 of Leegate, known as #SE-99-06, Leesburg Green; and
WHEREAS, Section 11A-4(7) of the Zoning Ordinance states that a public heating by the
Town Council shall be held within ninety days of receipt of a completed application; and
WHEREAS, Special Exception Application #SE-99-06, Leesburg Green, was determined
to be complete on July 12, 1999; and
WHEREAS, a public hearing before the Town Council must be held by October 10, 1999 in
accordance with Section 11A-4(7) of the Zoning Ordinance; and
WHEREAS, a public hearing before the Town Council is scheduled for September 28, 1999; and
WHEREAS, William M. Soltesz submitted a letter on August 12, 1999 requesting that the public
hearing before the Town Council be postponed from September 28, 1999 to November 9, 1999; and
THEREFORE RESOLVED by the Council of the Town of Leesburg in Virginia as follows: The
request for postponement of the September 28, 1999 public hearing be granted and the public hearing for
Special Exception Application #SE-99-06, Leesburg Green be scheduled for November 9, 1999.
