A RESOLUTION:
PRESENTED September 28, 1999
ADOPTED September 28, 1999
APPROVING THE VACATION OF A PORTION OF A
SANITARY SEWER EASEMENT ON THE LANDS OF
REHAU, INCORPORTED AND INTERNATIONAL PAVILION,
L.P.
WHEREAS, Rehau, Incorporated has requested that the Town vacate a portion of
an existing sanitary sewer easement on Tax Map 49 Parcel 16C; and
WHEREAS, International Pavilion, L.P. has requested that the Town vacate a
portion of an existing sanitary sewer easement on Tax Map 49 Parcel BI0; and
WHEREAS, the portion of the sanitary sewer easement is no longer necessary
due to a realignment of the sanitary sewer in that area; and
WHEREAS, the sanitary sewer easement on Parcel 16C conflicts with the future
construction of the headquarters expansion for Rehau, Incorporated.
THEREFORE, RESOLVED, by the Council of the Town of Leesburg in Virginia
as follows:
SECTION I. That portion of the sanitary sewer easement labeled as "San. Sew.
Esmt. db 1206, pg 500 HEREBY'VACATED" as shown on'the easement plat titled "Plat
Showing: Dedication of Right of Way & Vacation and Creation of Various Easements
Parcel 16C Deed Book 1640, Page 1169 (BLA) Property of: Rehau Incorporated" dated
August 16, 1999, and prepared by Bowers & Associates, Ltd., is hereby vacated.
SECTION II. That portion of the sanitary sewer easement labeled as "San. Sew.
Esmt. db 1206, pg 500 HEREBY VACATED" as shown on the easement plat titled "Plat
Showing: Vacation of Sanitary Sewer Easement and Creation of Waterline Easement

Deed Book 927, Page 1116" dated August 16, 1999, and prepared by Bowers &
Associates, Ltd., is hereby vacated.
SECTION 1~. This resolution shall be in effect upon the recordation of the
associated easement plats referenced above.
