A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING TRANSFER OF APPROPRIATIONS AND
ENCUMBRANCES FOR
THE 2017 BUDGET FOR THE CITY OF GREENCASTLE
The Common Council of the City of Greencastle, Putnam County, Indiana, hereby authorizes transfer of
