ADOPTED September 28, 1999
A RESOLUTION:
MAKING AN APPROPRIATION TO FUND THE GEORGE
WASHINGTON UNIVERSITY LOUDOUN ENVIRONMENTAL
IMPACT PROJECT
WHEREAS, in 1996, an education and training fund was established, for the staff of the
Planning and Zoning Department, with Vice Mayor Webb's Planning Commission monthly
compensation; and
WHEREAS, to date, none of the funds contributed by Ms. Webb have been used; and
WHEREAS, a total of $1,000 exists in the General Fund Unappropriated Fund Balance;
and
Webb requested that these unused funds be reallocated
University Loudoun Environmental Impact Project.
WHEREAS, at the Finance Committee meeting of September 21, 1999, Vice Mayor
to fund the George Washington
THEREFORE, RESOLVED by the Council of the Town of Leesburg in Virginia as
follows:
An appropriation in the amount of $1,000 is hereby made from the General Fund
Unappropriated Fund Balance to fund the George Washington University Loudoun
Environmental Impact Project.
PASSED this 28m day of September, 1999.
