AUTHORIZING BIDS - L_%RCH STREET PROJECT
WHEREAS, there is a need for road improvements to Larch Street;
and
WHEREAS, it is in the best interest of the Mayor and Council
of the Borough of Carteret to authorize bids for said road
improvements;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Purchasing Agent of the
Borough of Carteret is hereby authorized to advertise for bids
for road improvements to Larch Street;
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Purchasing Agent of the Borough
of Carteret is hereby authorized to accept and open said bids for
the Larch Street Project.
Adopted this 20th day of July, 1995
and certified as a true copy of the
original on July 21, 1995.
