A RESOLUTION:
RESCHEDULING TffE OCTOBER 19, 1999, COMMITTEE
MEETINGS TO WEDNESDAY, OCTOBER 20, 1999, AND
RESCHEDULING THE NOVEMBER 2, 1999, COMMITI'EE
MEETINGS TO WEDNESDAY, NOVEMBER 3, 1999
WHEREAS, the majority of the Leesburg Town Council will be attending the
1999, Virginia Municipal League Conference in Williamsburg, Virginia on Tuesday,
October 19, 1999; and
WHEREAS, this will conflict with the committee meetings regularly scheduled
for October 19, 1999; and
WHEREAS, the November, 1999, elections will be held on Tuesday, November
2, 1999; and
WHEREAS, this will conflict with the committee meetings regularly scheduled
for November 2, 1999.
THEREFORE, RESOLVED by the Council of the Town of Leesburg in Virginia
as follows:
SECTION I. The October 19, 1999, Planning and Zoning, Finance, and
Administration and Public Works Committee meetings are rescheduled to Wednesday,
October 20, 1999.
SECTION II. The November 2, 1999, Planning and Zoning, Finance, and
Administration and Public Works Committee meetings are rescheduled to Wednesday,
November 3, 1999.
