AUTHORIZING THE USE OF THE COUNCIL CHAMBERS
WHEREAS, the Loudoun County Democratic Committee has requested the use of the
Council Chambers on Thursday, October 14, 1999, at 7:30 p.m., to conduct their monthly
meeting; and
WHEREAS, a fee of $15.00 per hour will be charged; and
WHEREAS, the Clerk of Council recommends renting the Council Chambers to the
Loudoun County Democratic Committee on Thursday, October 14, 1999, for a fee of $15.00 per
hour.
THEREFORE, RESOLVED by the Council of the Town of Leesburg in Virginia as
follows:
SECTION I.
Permission to rent the Council Chambers on Thursday, October 14,
1999, to the Loudoun County Democratic Committee is hereby granted.
SECTION II. A fee of $15.00 per hour will be charged.
